Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal nature of fragrance, returns can only be accepted if the item is unused, unopened, and returned in its original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns where the fragrance has been opened, used, sprayed, or where any seal/packaging has been tampered with, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

If you wish to cancel your online order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging.
